We bring together women who want to optimize their fitness journey and how they feel by learning and embracing how the body works and implementing simple hormone loving habits. Private community app: Having an app away from social media gives so many benefits and the feeling of a true community of women. There is a main feed to help you connect and stay accountable, but also a chat feature to help you get to know each other!

Resources like weekly meal ideas and recipes, tips, and trackers: Each month there will be a topic of focus and there is a tab that will hold all the fun resources to go along with it.

Virtual accountability 24hr gym access: Hop on the zoom with a friend or community member at any time to keep yourself accountable in workouts and beyond. This is a silent zoom and its nice to know someone else is working out, etc when your motivation is low.

Live pop ins, courses, and challenges: Michele will pop in weekly with some education on the current topic, motivation, and even though love to get your fire going. There will be opportunities to attend virtual courses, webinars, and challenges. (prizes and giveaways too!!)

No requirements except one thing: You do not have to have any specific supplements, do specific workouts, etc. This group is open to every woman. You are required to have an OPEN MIND and ENGAGE. The more you participate, the more you will get out of it. Completing daily actions, answering questions, and leaning into the community is what will get you staying accountable and building long lasting habits.
Important to know: Michele is passionate about educating women on our bodies, how they work and how focusing on a healthy gut and healthy hormones can completely change your life and optimize how you feel. However, while she has lots of certifications, she is not a doctor. If at any time you want to make a big change (like medication) or are concerned about your hormones/conditions in any way, she encourages you to talk to your doctor. All information you learn in this community is based on research backed by professionals, or personal experience. She is also an affiliate for BODi health and fitness company. While some members may choose to use BODi tools, and her link is in the group page, you do not have to be a BODi customer to be a part of this community and it is a separate entity.
